How our service works...

- Our administration team will arrange a survey appointment for you
- Our Project Manager visits your property as arranged and will prepare a building repair schedule and a fully detailed report and submit this direct to your insurance company
- The Project Manager will meet with a Loss Adjuster if required at your property and liaise directly with you the client, the Loss Adjuster or Insurance Company throughout the life cycle of the claim.
- Upon receiving authorisation from either you or your insurer, Fire and Flood Repair will appoint fully insured contractors to undertake the works to your complete satisfaction
- After completion we require you to sign a customer satisfaction note which will be forwarded to your insurer and a questionnaire giving Fire and Flood Repair feedback on our service and quality of workmanship
